The stay was absolutely great. Stayed here for 2 days, liked the hotel, it was clean with perfect location close to downtown. There were good internet and free parking available.

I liked how the hotel looked, great place. Lots of food for breakfast including yogurt, fresh fruit and hot waffles. Location just next door to restaurants and Mayo Clinic. Got complimentary wake up calls, that was nice of them.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and the room design was nice, beds were exceptionally comfortable. There was reasonable breakfast with fruit. Excellent reception. Best overall experience.

Overall nice stay. The breakfast was savoury, the staff were extremely helpful. Found in the downtown area, the hotel offered great prices. The room was perfect and warm, I loved it.

Every detail in this hotel was IDEAL, I loved staff and location. I booked a room with a so so comfy bed, central heating, cable channels and a writing table. They made my stay perfect 10/10.

Breakfast was enjoyable, beds were good. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was trendy overall.

Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi was bad.

We totally recommend this hotel for its rooms and staff. Wanted to explore Rochester and this venue was decent place for doing it.

it was fantastic time in rochester. the room was warm and cozy, nice to relax in. the bathroom was nice and beds were cozy. restaurant in hotel was great and the pool area was heated.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The location and staff were all nice. There was Mr Pizza, max 10 mins walk to, greatly enjoyed their meals.

it deserves its 3 stars. comfortable beds, great people and location. booked a queen room with heating, a coffee maker and a work desk. thoroughly enjoyed dining at royal indian cuisine, set within 5 minutes' walk. shuttle was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff was courteous and the food fresh! Comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Rochester. The service was absolutely fantastic.

Parking available. Best base for a city break in Rochester;)))
